Shipping
We ship all our packages via PostNL. The shipping cost is €4.95 per order – including VAT. These costs are automatically added during checkout.

We have fixed pickup days for shipping:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can use our simple return policy.

You can register a product for return within 30 days of receipt. Make sure the product is returned in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging.

How does it work?

1. Register your return via our contact form.
2. You will receive a free return label from us.
3. After receiving the package, we will refund the purchase amount and shipping costs within 2 business days to your account.
