Delivery & Shipping Costs
At Stekkerstore we focus on a smooth and reliable delivery within the Netherlands. We always strive for a delivery within 5 working days.

For delivery we only ship via PostNL. For the packages the shipping costs are only €4.95. These prices include VAT and are automatically added during checkout.

We would like to point out that at this time our shipping service is only available to Dutch and Belgian addresses and that international shipping is not offered.

We work with fixed collection days with PostNL, these are;

Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Returns
At Stekkerstore we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if it happens that the product you receive does not meet your expectations, we offer a flexible return policy.

To be eligible for a return, you must report the product to us within 30 days of receipt. It is important that the product is returned in the same condition as you received it. Make sure that all accessories and packaging are intact.

Register your return via our contact form to be helped as soon as possible. We will send you a return label to send the package back free of charge. When we have received the package, we will transfer the purchase amount and shipping costs to you. This takes an average of two working days after receipt.
