General terms and conditions
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements that you, as a natural person or legal entity (hereinafter: "Customer" , "you" ), enter into with Stekkerstore (hereinafter: "Stekkerstore.com" , "we" ), via www.stekkerstore.com .
We've done our best to make these terms and conditions as clear as possible. If you still have questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Complaints procedure
We strive for optimal customer satisfaction. Do you have a complaint? Please contact us via email, the contact form, or the chat function on our website.
You will receive a substantive response within 14 days of receipt of the complaint.
If more time is needed, you will receive confirmation within 14 days with an expected response time.
If a complaint cannot be resolved amicably, you can submit a complaint via the European ODR platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr .
A complaint does not suspend Stekkerstore.com's obligations unless we have confirmed otherwise in writing.
If a complaint is found to be justified, we will – at our discretion – replace, repair or (partially) refund the product free of charge.
2. Prices and payment
Prices on Stekkerstore.com include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €4.95. Delivery to the Wadden Islands is currently not possible.
Mistakes
In case of obvious pricing errors or inaccuracies, we reserve the right to correct these, even after the agreement has been concluded.

We accept the following payment methods:

Payment must be made in full upon placing the order. Payments are processed securely via SSL encryption.
Discount codes can be entered during the payment step of the ordering process.
3. Delivery and execution
Orders are handled with care. The delivery address you provide will be used as the delivery location.
Shipping days and delivery time
We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Orders placed before 11:00 AM on these days are usually delivered the next day, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
In the event of a delay or impossibility of delivery, we will inform you as soon as possible. In that case, you are entitled to a free cancellation and a full refund within 14 calendar days.
Lost packages
If a package is lost during transport, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. You will then need to complete a declaration confirming you did not receive the package. Without this declaration, we cannot initiate the investigation.
4. Warranty and returns
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee and a 180-day warranty on all our products. Returns are free of charge, provided the product is in the same condition as when you received it.
Exclusions from warranty :
Wear, improper use or damage due to external influences (moisture, fire, etc.)
Installation or use contrary to the instructions
Removal or damage of seals or serial numbers without written permission
Consumables
Commercial or industrial use of consumer products
5. Personal data
Your personal information will be used solely for order processing and in accordance with our privacy policy . Providing false information is considered a violation of these terms.
6. Disputes and applicable law
We make every effort to avoid disputes. Should this not be possible, Dutch law will apply exclusively, and only the Dutch courts will have jurisdiction.
The applicability of the Vienna Sales Convention is expressly excluded.
