General terms and conditions
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements that you, as a natural person or legal entity (hereinafter: "Customer" , "you" ), enter into with Stekkerstore (hereinafter: "Stekkerstore.com" , "we" ), via www.stekkerstore.com .

Complaints procedure
We strive for optimal customer satisfaction. Do you have a complaint? Contact us via e-mail, the contact form or the chat function on our website.
You will receive a substantive response within 14 days of receipt of the complaint.
If more time is needed, you will receive a confirmation within 14 days with an expected response time.
If a complaint is not resolved by mutual agreement, a dispute may arise. If we are affiliated with Stichting WebwinkelKeur, you can contact this organization for mediation ( www.webwinkelkeur.nl ). The decision of their independent disputes committee is binding for both parties. Please note: this may involve costs for the customer.
You can also file a complaint via the European ODR platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr .
A complaint does not suspend the obligations of Stekkerstore.com, unless we have confirmed otherwise in writing.
If a complaint is found to be justified, we will – at our discretion – replace, repair or (partially) reimburse the product free of charge.
2. Prices and payment
The prices on Stekkerstore.com include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €4.95. Delivery to the Wadden Islands is currently not possible.
Errors
In the event of obvious pricing errors or inaccuracies, we reserve the right to correct these, even after the agreement has been concluded.

Payment must be made in full when placing the order. Payments are processed securely via SSL encryption.
Discount codes can be entered during the payment step of the ordering process.
3. Delivery and execution
Orders are handled with care. The delivery address you provide is the place of delivery.
Shipping days and delivery time
We ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders placed before 11:00 on these days are usually delivered the next day, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
In case of delay or impossibility of delivery we will inform you as soon as possible. In that case you are entitled to free cancellation and full refund within 14 calendar days.
Lost packages
If a package is lost during transport, we will start an investigation with the carrier. You will then need to fill out a statement confirming that you have not received the package. Without this statement, we cannot start the investigation.
4. Warranty and returns
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee and a 180-day warranty on all our products. Returns are free of charge, provided the product is in the same condition as when you received it.
Exclusions from warranty :
Wear, improper use or damage due to external influences (moisture, fire, etc.)
Installation or use contrary to the instructions
Removal or damage of seals or serial numbers without written permission
Consumables
Commercial or industrial use of consumer products
5. Personal data
Your personal data will only be used for order processing and in accordance with our privacy statement . Providing false information is considered a violation of these terms.
6. Disputes and applicable law
We do everything we can to avoid disputes. If this does not work, then only Dutch law applies, and only the Dutch courts have jurisdiction.
The applicability of the Vienna Sales Convention is expressly excluded.
