General terms and conditions

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements entered into by you, as a natural person or as a legal entity (hereinafter referred to as "Customer," "you"), with Stekkerstore (hereinafter referred to as "Stekkerstore.com" or "we") via www.stekkerstore.com.

Contact information and complaints

Stekkerstore BV is located at Niels Bohrweg 41 in Utrecht, the Netherlands, with the Dutch VAT number NL861269792B01.

We strive to provide our customers with the best possible service. If you have a complaint or comment, we invite you to send an e-mail to info@stekkerstore.com, use our contact form or the chat function on our website. We are available on working days (Monday to Friday) from 9:00 to 17:00.

Stekkerstore.com has a clearly communicated complaints procedure and handles complaints in accordance with this procedure.

Within a period of 14 days, calculated from the receipt of the complaint, we will provide an answer to the submitted complaint. Should the nature of the complaint require a longer processing process, the customer will receive an acknowledgement of receipt within the period of 14 days with an indication of when a more extensive answer can be expected.

If a complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, a dispute arises that is subject to the dispute resolution procedure. In the event of complaints, customers must first contact Stekkerstore.com. If the webshop is affiliated with Stichting WebwinkelKeur and a dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the customer must contact Stichting WebwinkelKeur (www.webwinkelkeur.nl) for free mediation. Check the current membership status of the webshop via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/leden/. If no solution is reached, the customer has the option to submit the complaint to the independent disputes committee appointed by Stichting WebwinkelKeur, whose decision is binding and in which both Stekkerstore.com and the customer agree to this binding decision. Submitting a dispute to this committee entails costs, which must be paid by the customer to the relevant committee.

In addition, there is the option to report complaints via the European ODR platform ( http://ec.europa.eu/odr ).


A complaint does not suspend the obligations of Stekkerstore.com, unless otherwise indicated in writing by Stekkerstore.com.

If a complaint is found to be justified by Stekkerstore.com, we will, at our discretion and if possible, replace or repair the delivered products free of charge, or refund (part of) the amount paid.

The payment and the price

The prices of our assortment are clearly stated on the website of Stekkerstore.com. These prices are always inclusive of VAT and exclusive of any shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

In the event of conspicuous or obvious errors in the quotation, such as obvious inaccuracies, Stekkerstore.com reserves the right to correct these, even after the Agreement has been concluded.

For shipments within the Netherlands, shipping costs are €4.95. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the Wadden Islands.


Payment

Each payment is processed immediately and completely at the time of the order. Stekkerstore.com accepts various payment methods, including:

We take all reasonable measures to ensure the security of your online transactions. Our secure system ensures the further processing of the payment and guarantees an encrypted treatment of your bank details. All necessary security measures are provided via SSL.

During the ordering process you can add a voucher or discount code in the 'payment' step.

Delivery and execution

Stekkerstore.com maintains the highest degree of care in receiving and executing product orders. The delivery address specified with the order is considered the place of delivery.


Our delivery indication is as follows: Orders placed on Monday, Wednesday and Friday before 11:00 will be delivered the next day, unless otherwise stated on the product page. We strive to meet these delivery times. In rare cases, some delay may occur due to force majeure.


If there is a delay in delivery or if an order cannot be fulfilled, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. In that case, you will of course have the option to terminate the agreement free of charge. After termination, as described in the previous paragraph, the amount already paid will be refunded within 14 calendar days.


If a package is lost during transport, we will start an investigation with the carrier. After the outcome of this investigation, you will either receive the product or a refund. It is essential that you fill out a form stating that the package was not received. Without this statement, we cannot start an investigation and solve the problem for you.

Warranty

We offer a 30-day return policy, money back guarantee if not satisfied. And a 180-day guarantee on all products. If a problem arises within this period, you can return the product free of charge, provided that it is in the same condition.

- Damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidental or intentional changes to the goods, including improper and improper use and exposure to moisture, fire and other external factors;

- Damage caused by installation and use in a manner not in accordance with the instructions and information provided;

- Damage caused after removal of the seal on certain parts and after removal or making illegible of the serial number and other numbering of product series. The buyer or an unauthorized third party may never remove this seal without the express written permission of Stekkerstore.com or the manufacturer;

- Consumables;

- Items used for purposes other than consumer use.

Personal data

The information you provide is necessary for the processing and completion of orders. Providing incorrect or false personal data is considered a violation of these Terms and Conditions. Your personal data will only be processed in accordance with our privacy statement .

Disputes and applicable law

We hope that disputes can be avoided at all times. Should a dispute nevertheless arise, the parties will make every effort to resolve it amicably. If this is not possible within a reasonable period, only Dutch law applies, and only the Dutch court has jurisdiction to hear the dispute. The applicability of the Vienna Sales Convention is expressly excluded.
